"пропускная способность по требованию", "предоставление ресурсов по требованию". Принцип выделения радиоресурсов для служб с коммутацией каналов и для GPRS сотой, поддерживающей GPRS. Заключается в том, что наличия постоянно выделенных каналов PDCH не требуется, а выделение ресурсов для GPRS производится динамически исходя из реальных потребностей в передаче пакетов данных.
